Welcome to the Game – Swim – A free inclusive swim program that focuses on water safety, confidence, and enjoyment.

Welcome to the Game supports young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds living with a disability, autism, psychosocial difficulties and/or additional support needs and their families to access the healing benefits of inclusive sport and recreation in their local communities.

Do you have a parent born overseas or speak a language other than English at home?

Do you have a disability/autism/psycho-social difficulties/additional support needs?

Are you age 5 – 25?

Do you want to get active and connected in your local community and learn about swimming and water safety?

Program Details:

Program Name: Welcome to the Game Swim – Noble Park

Program Length: 8 weeks

Location: Noble Park Aquatic Centre

Days: Tuesdays

Program Dates: May 2^nd – June 20^th 2023

Plus – end of program graduation/celebration event –  to be confirmed

Class size: Small Group Sessions max 3 students per class + Limited number of 1 on 1 lessons available dependant on individual needs

Times: 30 min session slots allocated between 4.30pm and 7.30 pm

Classes allocated based on individual support needs, swimming/water ability/experience, confidence, availability, eligibility etc

Cost: FREE to eligible participants
