Group fitness classes are a fun and interactive way to keep fit and enjoy your workout. Here at Noble Park Aquatic Centre we offer a huge range of classes that suit all ages and fitness levels.
Classes range from high-intensity to lower-intensity in 30 and 60 minute formats ensuring you will find the workout that is right for you.
Classes on offer include – Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Fit, Aqua Mover, Circuit/Functional Circuit, Deep Water Aqua, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba.
Noble Park Aquatic Centre is the home to a new state-of-the-art gym. Featuring the latest cardio and strength equipment to cater for all ages and fitness levels.
Want to make the most out of your training when the new state-of-the-art gym here at Noble Park Aquatic Centre. Personal Trainers will be available to design you a program that will help guide and assist you towards achieving your desired results in the gym.

As part of the exciting new upgrade to the facilities, Noble Park Aquatic Centre
offers Reformer Pilates to both members and non-members. Reformer Pilates will
help you improve your overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
