What is LES MILLS CEREMONY?
LES MILLS CEREMONY is a coach-led functional training circuit that combined strength, cardio and conditioning into one efficient session.
Using structured work-to-rest intervals and a station-based format, each workout is designed to help you train at the right intensity while keeping you moving, engaged and challenged from start to finish.
It’s fast-paced, energising and built to maximise results in just 45 minutes.

LES MILLS CEREMONY is delivered in partnership with HYROX, one of the world’s fastest growing fitness racing brands.
This means you’ll be training using performance-based methods designed to build real-world strength, endurance and resilience – the same principles used in competitive functional fitness events around the globe.
You don’t need to be an athlete to take part – but you’ll train like one.
