Reformer Pilates is now available at NPAC. Reformer Pilates will help you improve your overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. It is perfect for all levels of fitness, whether you are recovering from an injury or looking for a gentler approach to your workout.
*Participants must wear socks or buy reformer socks at reception to participate in Reformer Pilates classes.

Patrons can access Reformer Pilates casually for $25 per class. Casual sessions can only be booked in centre with one of our friendly staff members!
