Personal Training is coming to NPAC! 

Personal Trainers have a passion for health and wellness. If you are new to the gym or experienced but wanting to make the most of your training, a program specifically designed for you by a trainer that can help you reach your fitness goals. 

With the support of personalised program – your trainer will:

  • Develop an individualised program – help support you achieve your goals
  • Work with you to provide support and keep you motivated
  • Ensure you learn the correct form and technique
  • Monitor and measure your progress over time
  • Adjust your training program to keep you interested and challenged

Nancy worked as a Personal Trainer from 2018 to 2020, helping clients of all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. Post-COVID, I transitioned to group fitness, specialising in HIIT, Bodypump, boxing, yoga, cycle, and strength training.

My goal is to help you build a strong, mobile body. My true passion lies in strength training, especially powerlifting—think Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench Press. Together, we’ll design a balanced program that targets full-body strength while emphasizing mobility and injury prevention.

If you’re interested, I’ll also incorporate elements of Yoga and Pilates to add flexibility and balance to your routine.

Nancy H

I worked as full time Personal Trainer for 3 years from 2018 to 2020. During this period, I worked with clients from different training backgrounds to help them achieve their personal goals. After Covid, I shifted my focus to group fitness training, teaching HIIT, Bodypump, boxing, yoga, cycle and strength classes. 

About me

I am very proud to be the mum of my 2 year old boy. I love to spend time on outdoor activities, mainly hiking and climbing. After I reached a plateau in climbing in 2017, I got more serious with training in the gym to improve my back and grip strength. Then I did the Cert 4 in fitness and worked as a personal trainer, which was one of the best decisions I’ve made. 

I enjoy spending time with individual clients to get to know everyone in person, share my knowledge and experience and support everyone in reaching their goals.
