Free Group Fitness Classes
As part of the CoGD Lunchbox Sessions, you are now eligible to attend select group fitness classes at Noble Park Aquatic Centre, please click here to see available classes. Simply show the reception staff your logged into the SEL App to gain access.
Membership and Free 7-Day Trial

Over the next 8 weeks SEL will send you varying emails on tips and tricks to improve your health and wellbeing. A final scan will be available in the week commencing July 17 at NPAC, details for this will be confirmed.
